Recommended use:
Add 2 scoops (54g) to 250ml-300ml of cold water
Shake well for 30 seconds, settle for 60 seconds, shake again before drinking.
Have 1-2 servings as meal replacements daily.
We suggest replacing 1-2 meals with Diet Fuel alongside an energy restricted diet.
