Mix 30g, which is approximately two level 25ml measures (there is a scoop included in the tub), with 200ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. The main ingredient in Micro Whey‚Ñ¢ is native whey protein isolate, which is processed using membrane filtration technology. The whey is separated from the components in fresh milk (fat, carbohydrates, lactose) by adding pressure over a low temperature. Whey protein provides the highest biological value of all protein supplements, with naturally high levels of BCAA’s, providing the muscles with the protein needed to maintain and grow. When choosing a protein supplement there are two main options; concentrate and isolate. The main difference between whey isolate and whey concentrate is that isolate is purer than concentrate.
