Recommended use:
Can Be Enjoyed Hot, Cold or Consumed As A Protein Mousse
Serving Size – 2 Scoops (30g) of Hibernate Casein Protein
Servings per container: 30 (900g) servings of Hibernate Casein Protein
Protein Mousse (Ingredients):
500g Greek yogurt, 50g White Choc Hibernate, Tablespoon of Truvia sweetener, Xanthan gum approx teaspoon, Water as needed (approx 500-700ml)
- Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and add some water.
- Using an electric mixer, whisk until it becomes thick.
- Keep whisking and adding water slowly and progressively until your happy with the consistency and volume of your proyo.
- Pour into serving dish and leave in the fridge for a few hours or eat immediately.
Casein Hot Chocolate:
Add 2 level scoops (30g) to 150-200ml of water (or milk) in a shaker bottle.
Shake for 10 secs.
Pour into a microwavable mug, heat on full power for 60-90 seconds, stir and consume.
Casein protein Chocolate Mousse:
Add 2 level scoops (30g) to a bowl and then add 150ml of water (or milk) and mix with a spoon or whisk for 20-30 seconds.
Place in fridge for 45 mins.
Once mixed consume within 24hrs.
Casein Cold Shake:
Add 2 level scoops (30g) to 150-200ml of water (or milk) in a shaker bottle.
Ingredients:
Micellar Casein (Milk), Reduced Fat Cocoa Powder, Medium Chain Triglyceride Powder, Flavouring, Thickener (Carboxymethyl Cellulose), Griffonia Seed Extract (5-Hydroxy Tryptophan), Sweetener (Sucralose).
